You need sound.. if you aren't gong to add talking at least add some music for the back ground and sound effects [dinosaur grumbles, phone rings, laser thing]

I would like to see where this story heads...

As for story.. I'm not sure... make the person he is trying to get ahold of a secret agent.. but on the outside he looks like a retarded dinosaur.. but is extremely devious.. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...

I honestly wasn't expecting the ending.. but it did make me laugh and the characters were very detailed and well animated.. great job.
